Warranty Details:

Almost every product from Blisswood is accompanied by a 365-day manufacturing warranty starting from the date of goods received. There are no additional costs for this warranty.

The warranty exclusively applies to the product's value and does not encompass additional repairs or replacements beyond the product's worth. Our liability towards you will never surpass the price you originally paid for the products.

This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal use and service. Any repair or replacement within the warranty is confined to the defective part or material alone.

We also provide a 30 Days Return Policy (Beyond Warranty): If you receive a damaged item or find missing parts, please promptly notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If you choose not to keep the item, kindly retain the packaging and ensure the item is returned in unused condition. For further details, refer to our comprehensive refund policy.

Exceptions:

1. Loose components, wear and tear, expected over the course of ownership due to the aging of the component.

2. Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Blisswood. Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings. 

3. Color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials, including minor deviations of the products from images posted in the stores.

4. Damage caused by improper cleaning agents or methods, misuse, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature. Normal settling and softening of cushions and padding, which are natural characteristics of upholstered furniture. 

5. Variations in wood grain or finish caused by natural factors such as sunlight, aging, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Damages caused by insects, pets, or other external factors. 

 Please note that these exceptions are in addition to any specific warranty details provided by Blisswood for its furniture products.

Claim Warranty on Your Products

Even with top-notch products and rigorous quality control, completely eradicating the chance of defects is a tough nut to crack. That's why our focus is on delivering unparalleled reliability and convenience through our Warranty and after-sales service.
Please submit some proof of damage item, along with marking it on assembly manual(if possible). Max file size: 10MB

1. Our Customer Service Team will respond to your email within 48 hours after the assessment of your concern, providing a solution. To expedite the process, please include comprehensive details and images when contacting us.

2. The replacement of any item may take a maximum of 15 days, subject to availability. Please be aware that minor color shade variations may occur due to stock changes. If the requested product is unavailable, you can opt for other available color options of equal value.

3. Refunds for any order will reflect in your account within 24-48 hours. However, in some cases, it may take up to 7 working days, depending on the bank or payment method.
